Return requests may be made through the PATHROZE website or app within 15 days from the date of delivery for PATHROZE X Members and within 7 days from the date of delivery for non-PATHROZE X customers.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition. All tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase must also be available wherever applicable.
Products belonging to hygiene-sensitive categories, including innerwear and certain accessories, are not eligible for return. Products purchased under special promotional offers, including Buy One Get One (BOGO) offers, are also not eligible for return.
PATHROZE aims to keep the return process fair and efficient. However, accounts with a high frequency of returns may be subject to increased return charges. Return fees may be based on the number of items returned or other factors PATHROZE may determine for operational efficiency.
If reverse pickup is not available because of PIN code serviceability restrictions, the customer may be required to send the product to the address provided by PATHROZE.
This lack of serviceability may be temporary or may continue for a longer period, and the time required to resolve the issue may vary depending on operational feasibility.
Self-shipping charges of up to ₹120 will be reimbursed when valid proof of shipment is provided. PATHROZE may provide an additional concession on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.
Customers are advised to use reasonable courier services such as India Post or other suitable courier providers.
Exchange requests may be made through the PATHROZE website or app within 15 days from the date of delivery for PATHROZE X Members and within 7 days from the date of delivery for non-PATHROZE X customers.
Exchanges are allowed only for size changes. Exchange requests based on colour, style, pattern, or any other personal preference will not be accepted.

The replacement product will not be dispatched at the time the original product is collected. After the original product has been successfully picked up, normally within 2 to 3 business days, the replacement product will be shipped according to PATHROZE’s standard delivery timelines.
Shipping charges apply to quick-commerce orders and must be paid by the customer at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise specified, PATHROZE X Members will be charged ₹29 per order, while non-PATHROZE X Members will be charged ₹49 per order.
PATHROZE reserves the right to change these shipping charges at its discretion based on business requirements. Any revised charges will be updated on the Platform and will apply to future orders.
Orders may be cancelled through the PATHROZE website or app within 1 hour of placing the order.
Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be subject to a convenience fee of up to ₹100. This fee may be applied selectively and may not apply to every COD order.
Approved refunds for eligible cancellations and undisputed returns will normally be processed within seven banking days from the date PATHROZE confirms the refund.
Refunds are subject to successful return verification, product inspection, and compliance with the applicable return and refund conditions.
If a return or refund request is disputed, does not meet the applicable requirements, or requires additional review or investigation, PATHROZE reserves the right to delay, withhold, adjust, or reject the refund in accordance with its policies and applicable law.
